Every Mila Villa is built complete in Yogyakarta, taken apart for transport and assembled on your site on demountable concrete pedestals. Bio-composite and recycled teak glulam, no concrete slab and no painting on site. An off-grid solar option is available on every model.
Mila Modular
Designed by Archidix Architects Amsterdam. Bio-composite and reclaimed teak panels on a steel frame with glulam joists. Kitchen and bathroom included. Add a module later without major reconstruction.
- Mila IV: 68 m², 1 bedroom
- Mila IV + II: 83 m², 2 bedrooms
- Mila IV + III: 92 m², 2 bedrooms
- Mila IV + IV: 98 m², 2 bedrooms
Mila Resort
A prefab pool villa with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, with or without a wellness area. Glulam frame, bio-composite cladding and a fully insulated envelope.
Mila Eco
The lowest-cost Mila: a 6 x 8 m villa with a glulam frame, composite panels and a composite deck.

- Kitchen and bathroom included, not insulated
How it works
- Reserve (10%): secure your production slot and receive permit drawings.
- Production (40%): we finalise the design and start building.
- Delivery (30%): your contractor prepares the pedestals; we deliver by truck or 40ft container.
- Handover (20%): our team assembles the villa on site.
Import duties, local transport and permits are the responsibility of the client.
