Made in Yogyakarta since 1999
Roma Export is an Indonesian manufacturer of natural stone mosaics, composite, wood and concrete products, with four brands and customers around the world.
Our story
Roma Export started in Yogyakarta in 1999 as a manufacturer of stone mosaic wall and floor cladding. Quality and unique products helped us grow into one of Indonesia’s larger stone producers, and we still make mosaic stone wall cladding today.
Our work with terrazzo and concrete composites led to ConSpire, our range of handmade designer basins.
Seeing an opportunity to turn factory and public waste into useful products, we developed wood plastic composite under the Destination Green brand: decking, click tiles, door and window frames, wall cladding and faux teak table tops.
Our Wood Cladding brand turns offcuts from Yogyakarta’s furniture factories, and reclaimed teak, into 3D wall panels.
In 2023 we started Mila Villa: sustainable modular villas built from reclaimed teak glulam and bio-composite, with pre-fab modules made in our own factory.
Yogyakarta gives us easy access to our raw materials: natural stone from across Java, and teak dust and offcuts from the city’s large teak furniture industry.
